This year, we made our first appearance at the Lincolnshire Show with our first-ever Pop Up Restaurant whilst our Chef Patron Steven Bennett set to work hosting the first day of the demo kitchens. Working alongside the incredible team at the Lincolnshire Showground, we set up our marquee with Essence Weddings just alongside the Saxon building and Countryside Ring for the two day countryside extravaganza.

Boasting a breakfast, brunch, afternoon tea and sharing board menu we offered an array of delicious Lincolnshire-Inspired delights featuring ingredients and products grown and produced in our glorious county. Alongside our restaurant we showcased our Gin and Fizz Bar, teaming up with Villa Sandi, Belvoir, Fever Tree, Small Beers and Lincolnshie’s very first distilled gin, Pin Gin.

We also offered a selection of freshly squeezed juices and smoothies.
